I bought a playsuit! I saw (and tried on) it previous Saturday when I was in Utrecht - but I said to myself that I shouldn't buy it because I already bought so much in the past two months. But this playsuit was still on my mind, so I decided to get it after school (I live 30mins by bycicle from the centre of Utrecht). It was marked down to only twelve euros! :D (and yet again, by Oasis, got a bit of a weakness for this brand, apparently)
It looks great when being worn together with black tights and a blazer! ;D
Don't you think Go Back To The Zoo is great? I looooove their new song: I'm The Night (See You Later) - probably going to see them in two weeks at Appelpop: a (free!) two-day festival in Tiel.
Went to a flea market this morning. I hit the (little) jackpot today: found a polaroid camera in a fantastic condition and I found a pair of brogues! I was so happy they were actually my size, mostly when I see nice second-hand shoes they are size 36, 37 or 38, which means I will actually have to cut my toes off to fit them.
...or the first day without freedom, as I like to call it. Okay, well, it wasn't that bad - school was out pretty early so I went 'picknicking' with a few friends (actually it was more like: eating our sandwiches we already made at home) which was fun. My 'back to school-outfit' for today:
Cardigan: Primark - Top: Oasis (just realized that I wear A LOT of Oasis!) - Jeans: Red Herring - Shoes: Converse
And my hairdo for today, I like it pretty much actually, but sadly my hair is a bit too short to make a proper knot (but hey! bobby pins are my best friends!).
So, yesterday I went to see Eels at Tivoli, Utrecht - alone, since not one of my friends seem to know him/them. Even though I was alone, IT WAS GREAT. I was standing front row in the middle (best place in my opinion). Sadly they didn't play Novocaine For the Soul and Hey Man (Now You're Really Living), which are one of my favourite songs. I almost got E's plectrum, but the crew wasn't that nice and didn't want to pick it up for me after the show (it was laying on stage - too far from me to reach for it myself) - a bit of a pity. Despite that, I had a great evening! ;D
Of course I also bought a band t-shirt and wore it today.
Tee: Eels (yay!) - Shorts: H&M - Shoes: Vans (this outfit-photo is all about showing off my new treasure, not because it's such an interesting outfit! ;D - that's also why this is such a crappy photo and my face was stupid)
Yes, a sinner, that's what I am. You know why? Today I went shopping with my mom AT PRIMARK. That's why. Nobody will ever enter that store without buying something. I did buy some things - but not that much: - Brogue-heels - 2 pairs of thights - 2 multipacks of socks - bow-headband And my mom bought me the cardigan. I am not that much into lightgrey lately, but this cardigan has heart-buttons (and this was the only cardigan with heart-buttons I could find at Primark)! :D
Sorry, this photo is a bit crappy - but my camera was empty, so I couldn't make another one.
I almost bought some killer-wedges at Primark. But I didn't, because I felt like a giant when wearing them (I'm 1.75m and these wedges were at least 12cm high), but they were pretty comfy, though.
I took my dog for a walk wearing this skirt - it wasn't a good idea, because the wind wasn't that nice today...
Cardigan: Oasis - Top & skirt: H&M - Shoes: Topshop - Ring: Six
The upcoming week is going to be very exciting for me! I'm going to see Eels in Tivoli (Utrecht) on Thursday, he's one of my favourite artists and I was almost too late getting my ticket (it's sold out)!
(yes, I'm a Nirvana/Kurt Cobain fan - as you can see on my wall ;D)
Cardigan: Primark - Top & skirt: H&M - Necklace: Six - Cheshire pin/brooch: Disneyland Resort Paris The shoes I'm wearing are not that interesting - just some plain black cheap-€4-ballerinas.
Also, my parents told me that they want to buy me these H&M boots! I'm very happy, because I have forbidden myself to buy more clothes or shoes (I already bought so much in the past few weeks!). I really like these boots because they are so plain and simple. :)
As promised, first a snapshot of what I bought yesterday:
H&M Jeans - I just needed some cheap jeans (and they were just €9,95 - so even cheaper than I was looking for), they're a bit strange, though. There's no zipper in front and there are no pockets. It closes on the side (with a zipper) - so maybe it's more jegging-like. H&M skirt - It looks a bit boring right now, but when worn it's pretty cute. :) Oasis 'sort of' dress - It's not a dress, it's more like a very very long tanktop that thinks it's a dress. When worn on it's own it looks a bit plump, but when worn with a cardigan or blazer it looks quite cute. I'm still not sure about this 'dress', but hey, it was on sale for just 6 euros and it was just too cute to leave it.
No 'daily outfit'-photo for today, since I was in a cleaning-mood and only wore some jeans and a Madness band-tee, so nothing interesting to see. ;)
Madness - House of Fun (they are so much fun when you see them on stage!)
Oui, I like the Beatles pretty much. Here's today's outfit:
Blazer: Oasis - Top & Jeans: H&M - Shoes: Converse - Bracelet: Six - Ring: Selfmade
Also went shopping today, I just needed some jeans, but came home with also a skirt and a sort of dress. I should hide my wallet somewhere or cover it in ducktape. Anyway, tomorrow I'll make some proper photos of the clothes I bought, my camera refuses to work with me at this time of the day!
Today is the day that I delete my previous posts (there were 5 of them, and they weren't that interesting) and start a 'new blog'. On this blog I will post photos of what I'm wearing, what I bought or just simply photos or illustrations of things I like. :)
So I'll start with the outfits of today and yesterday.
Today
Shirt: Disneyland Resort Paris - Cardigan: Primark - Jeans: Red Herring - Rings: Six (teacup) & selfmade
